We hand pick truly talented chefs, some with Michelin stars, some who we feel are on the road to achieving the star, but all with passion, integrity and love for their craft.  Chefs who place their hearts in the most vulnerable of ways and who are free to express themselves without constraint.
 
The Talent Table was born from a dream of uniting creativity and community, where chefs and guests explore cultures, forge friendships, and create unforgettable experiences. In seven remarkable years, we've savored meals from rising chefs turned stars, witnessed guests become lifelong friends and have connected chefs across the globe.

We've been hustling for 4 years, crisscrossing multiple time zones and continents to bring you no other than Mexico City based Ricardo Verdejo.

Ricardo began his career in restaurants such as Boragó and as head chef of the 99 restaurant in Santiago de Chile. After living a few years in NYC, going through different kitchens including Cosme and Wildair, he moved to Paris to work in kitchens such as Le Clown Bar and Fulgurances.

He was chosen as Best New Chef 2020 by Food & Wine, and also as one of the most recognized pandemic projects of the year, by San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants.

He’s the ultimate flavor wizard, the culinary ninja you never saw coming. And trust us when we say, he’s about to turn up the heat like never before.

Cancellations
In the event that an event is cancelled beyond our control, your ticket will be applied to an upcoming  TTT event of your choice within six months.
In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at thetalenttable@gmail.com. Full refunds will be issued until 3 days before event date.

Food Allergy Disclaimer
Our visiting chefs only bring the ingredients that they need to prepare their planned menu; sometimes these ingredients are prepared in advance and in their own restaurants. Potential diners with food allergies should be aware of this risk. Any food allergy alerts for your party must be made upon booking your reservation or no later than 10 days prior to the event. Our staff will contact the chef, who will then determine if it’s possible to adjust the event’s menu or create other options for those with allergies. We will then notify you about possible modifications. Chefs are unable to accommodate requests made later than 10 days prior to the event.
